Our Story

The Property

God only makes select pieces of stunning property and we believe this piece of nature is incomparable in TEXAS.

Upon the first step down the bluff, you will see the huge trees providing the much needed SHADE and the crystal clear water. It will feel like you have left Texas! At first sight, it takes your breath away. We made the beginning steps to feel like a hiking trail to truly get in touch with nature. These steps are actually the favorite for the local fox to use in the afternoon to get a drink of water.

Mid way down the bluff sits a bed swing and a fire pit table. This is a favorite to watch the family play in the water from a shady and comfortable bed. In the afternoons, you can enjoy watching the sunset sailboat cruises while having smores with the family. Relax and take a moment to watch the individual candle-like lights on the stair step posts come on, and lightening bugs twinkle between the trees while the sun goes down. The sunset views over Devil’s Island are indescribable. A truly relaxing experience taking in nature at it’s finest.

Even when lake levels are low, there will always be crystal clear water that gets deep about 15 steps in. (Imagine the bluff continuing underwater). This is an important distincition between other Airbnb’s as most others are located on draws and are greatly affected by lake levels.

The House

This 3 story house is designed specifically for and entertaining Airbnb. The middle level (main level walking in the front door) provides a deck to see the unequaled views across the lake from high above. There are no stairs, so people of all ages can enjoy!

The bottom level is a FULL floor of GAMES! Worried, about rain during your vacation? No worries at this house, as there are plenty of games for all ages to enjoy. This room has a commercial grade Air Hockey table as the main attraction. It also has two skee ball games, a basketball arcade, racecar arcade, and pac man. It is also designed with two trundles and a large screen TV to easily put the kids to bed when they watch a movie in their mini theatre like room.

The top floor provides plenty of entertainment with an incredible view. Families can enjoy playing pool while watching a game on the large screen TV. The pool table also converts into an Air Hockey table and ping pong table. There is also a gaming table for poker, black jack, craps, or roulette.

We created a property and house for fun to be had for all ages. Many have used this property to enjoy Wedding Venue Lodging, Family Vacations, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, or even Business Meetings. We hope you enjoy our vision for true Electronic Free Entertainment!
